These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the dbt69 platform and all its services. When you create an account on dbt69, log in, or use any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. Please read the entire document.

Important: This service is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating or using an account.

1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in this document have specific defined meanings:

  • "Platform" refers to the dbt69 website, mobile version, and all related services.
  • "User" or "You" refers to any account holder registered on the platform.
  • "Account" refers to the user's personal registered profile through which they access services.
  • "Bet" refers to participation involving a monetary stake in cricket, football, kabaddi, or any other sports event and casino game.
  • "Balance" refers to the total of cash funds and bonus funds held in the account.
  • "Bonus" refers to additional credits granted as part of a promotion, usable subject to specific conditions.
  • "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process.

In these Terms, singular terms also apply in the plural and vice versa. The word "including" always refers to a non-exhaustive list.

2 Account Registration & Verification

The following conditions must be met to create an account on dbt69:

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • Each individual may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and the balance may be forfeited.
  • All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility. Allowing any third party to use the account is prohibited.
  • Multiple members of the same household may use separate accounts; however, additional verification may be required when managing multiple accounts from the same device or network.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, or when deemed necessary by the platform, dbt69 may ask the user to submit the following documents:

  • A clear photo of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport
  • Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)
  • Proof of ownership of payment method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number)
dbt69 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if KYC verification fails or documents are not provided. This process is entirely for security purposes.

2.3 Account Security

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

Meeting the following eligibility conditions is mandatory to use dbt69's services:

  • Age Limit: Only individuals aged 21 or above may use this platform. If age verification fails, the account will be closed immediately.
  • Eligibility: The user must be legally eligible to conduct betting and online gaming activities within their own jurisdiction.
  • Own Account: The user must use the account in their own name and for their own benefit — not on behalf of any third party.
  • Capacity: By registering, the user declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
dbt69 takes every precaution to prevent underage gambling. Keep your devices and account away from underage members of your household.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The following methods can be used to deposit funds into dbt69:

  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Upay
  • Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the balance instantly.

The payment number/account used on the account must be registered in the user's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be on hold until KYC verification is complete.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the conditions relating to the bonus have been met.

4.3 Transaction Restrictions

dbt69 reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction for investigation if:

  • Suspicious activity is detected
  • KYC documents are incomplete or cannot be verified
  • A technical or service-related issue arises

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After making a first deposit on dbt69, the user will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳10,000.

  • Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
  • Example 2: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum of ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To become eligible to withdraw bonus funds, a specified amount must be wagered. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Wagering Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

A 10x multiplier applies to meet the wagering requirement.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each user may use each bonus offer only once.
  • Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or via the same household member is prohibited.
  • The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.
  • dbt69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

5.4 VIP Program

dbt69 offers five VIP tiers for regular players, each providing weekly cashback benefits:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Players can advance to higher tiers based on regular and active participation.

6 Betting & Game Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

  • Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed unless special permission is granted by dbt69.
  • A bet will only be accepted if the user's account has a sufficient balance.
  • dbt69 reserves the right to cancel any bet incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football (including FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports. Examples of markets include match winner, run markets, or over/under markets for a Bangladesh vs India match. All bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.3 Casino Games

dbt69's casino section features games from leading providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. You can view the individual rules and statistics for each game in the game lobby.

6.4 Results & Dispute Resolution

  • All final decisions regarding game results rest with dbt69.
  • If there is any dispute over a result, support must be contacted within 72 hours.
  • If a technical fault creates an abnormal situation, dbt69 may void the relevant round and return the staked amount.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbt69 platform:

  • Multiple Accounts: A single individual creating more than one account and repeatedly claiming bonuses.
  • Manipulation & Fraud: Attempting to influence betting outcomes, participating in or facilitating match fixing.
  • Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple platforms to seek risk-free profit.
  • Automation & Bots: Operating an account through automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
  • Hacking & Malicious Code: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems, or spreading malware or viruses.
  • Money Laundering: Using the platform to legitimize funds from illegal sources.
  • Third-Party Use: Placing bets on behalf of others or using their funds.
  • False Information: Creating or operating an account using a false identity, forged documents, or incorrect information.
If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed, all balances and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

  • All data transmission is secured through SSL encryption.
  • Users' personal information is not sold to any third-party advertisers.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure at the User's Own Request

Users can close their account at any time by sending a request to [email protected] or by contacting us via live chat. Please ensure any pending balance is withdrawn before closing the account.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by dbt69

dbt69 may close or suspend any account without notice under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of the Terms and Conditions
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Failure to complete KYC verification
  • Voluntary self-exclusion request based on responsible gaming
  • Legal or regulatory reasons

9.3 Post-Closure Process

For accounts closed without cause, any verified balance will be returned. For accounts closed due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, the balance may be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

The following limitations of liability apply to the use of the dbt69 platform:

  • dbt69 is not responsible for issues caused by internet disconnection, device malfunction, or third-party software.
  • dbt69 bears no liability if the service is disrupted due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government orders, etc.).
  • If incorrect information is displayed due to a technical error, the final decision will be based on the correct information.
  • dbt69 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from a user's own negligence or failure to read the Terms and Conditions.
  • Participation in gambling carries financial risk — the user is considered to be fully aware of this.
